Privacy Policy

Frostlight Group LLC builds software and publishes written work. This policy explains what information we collect, what we do with it, and what we deliberately do not do. It covers frostlightgroup.com and the products listed on it.
The short version
We do not sell personal information. We do not run advertising networks or third-party tracking on our website. Our applications keep your data on your own device unless a feature you turn on requires otherwise, and we will say so plainly before that happens.
Who we are
Frostlight Group LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Indiana, United States. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Frostlight Group LLC. You can reach us at contact@frostlightgroup.com.
This website
frostlightgroup.com is a static informational site. It does not have user accounts, login forms, comment sections, or shopping carts. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies on it.
Our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information when a page is requested — such as the IP address making the request, the browser and operating system reported, the page requested, and the date and time. This is ordinary server logging, used to keep the site running, diagnose faults, and protect against abuse. We do not use it to build profiles of individual visitors.
The site loads its typeface from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches those font files, Google receives the request, which includes your IP address. We receive nothing from Google about you.
Our applications
Daily Raider and Daily Reset are tools for tracking your own progress in video games. Creating an account is not required to use them.
The information you enter — the games you track, your task lists, your settings — is stored locally on the device you use. We do not receive a copy of it. Backup and restore are handled by you through the app's own export and import functions, and any file you export is yours to keep or move where you like.
If we later add a feature that genuinely needs a server — cloud sync across devices, for example — that feature will be optional, we will update this policy before releasing it, and we will describe exactly what is transmitted and stored.
Digital downloads
Our spreadsheet templates are sold through third-party marketplaces. When you buy through one of those marketplaces, that company is the merchant: it collects your payment details and order information under its own privacy policy, not ours. We never see or store your full payment card number. We receive only the limited order information the marketplace shares with sellers, which we use to fulfil the order and answer support questions.
When you email us
If you write to any of our published addresses, we receive your email address, your message, and anything you choose to attach. We keep that correspondence so we can answer you and refer back to it if you write again. We do not add you to a mailing list on the basis of a support email.
Service providers
We use a small number of established providers to operate the business. Each handles data on our behalf under its own terms:
- Website hosting and DNS — serves this site and records the technical logs described above.
- Email — delivers and stores our business correspondence.
- App distribution — the Apple App Store and Google Play distribute our applications and report aggregate, non-identifying statistics such as download counts.
- Digital marketplaces — process sales of our downloadable products.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to anyone, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep things
Server logs are retained for a short period by our host as part of routine operations. Email correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful for support and business records. Data inside our applications stays on your device until you delete it or remove the app.
Children
Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to certain uses. Residents of California, the European Economic Area, and the United Kingdom have specific statutory rights of this kind.
Write to contact@frostlightgroup.com and we will respond. In practice we hold very little about any individual, and for our applications the answer is usually that the data never left your device — deleting it there is the deletion.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. We use reputable providers, limit the information we collect in the first place, and restrict access to what we do hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. If a change is significant — particularly one that expands what we collect — we will make that clear rather than quietly revising the text.
